Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the Formulas website and the account features made available to you. Professional engagements and paid digital services are also governed by the proposal, order and service-specific terms agreed with the customer.

Website and accounts
You may view public content and use the account features available to your profile. When creating or using an account, provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use them only to access authorised features. Do not use the website or APIs for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, interference with the service or infringement of third-party rights. Do not share credentials with unauthorised people.
Consulting and professional services
Assessment, computational modelling, simulation, optimization, validation, applied research and integration are delivered as defined engagements. The agreed proposal or contract sets out the objectives, activities, deliverables, fees, responsibilities, intellectual property, confidentiality and, where needed, data-processing roles and instructions. Merely viewing this website does not start an engagement.
Platform and digital services
Accounts, APIs, execution environments, hosting and Enterprise features may depend on the purchased plan and configuration. The applicable offer and service-specific terms define scope, licence, usage limits, fees, availability, support, security and data processing. Before using a paid service, refer to the documents supplied for that service.
Open source and Enterprise components
The open-source formulas and schedula components remain governed by the licences and copyright notices published with their respective projects. These terms do not change those licences. Proprietary Enterprise code, managed services and features are provided only under the applicable licence or contract; their use does not transfer intellectual-property rights.
Models, data and results
Before uploading models or data, ensure you have the rights needed for the intended use and sharing. The data-processing scope, rights in inputs, outputs and deliverables, validation requirements and suitability of results for operational use are set for each service in its offer or contract. Computational results should be checked against the relevant context, assumptions and use-case requirements.
Content, availability and updates
Website marks, text, graphics and content belong to their respective owners. Public information is descriptive and may be updated. The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or technical reasons; guarantees and service levels for products or engagements are those agreed in the relevant documents.
Applicable terms and contact
